Meet Justin Gilbert, our youngest Director at Poised2Excel CIC

At just 20 years old, Justin stands out as a dynamic and inspirational leader heading our Youth Development Division. He brings grace, determination, and an exemplary work ethic to everything he does.

A passionate gym enthusiast, personal trainer, and wellbeing coach, Justin is committed to steering young people away from negative influences and towards healthier, empowering environments. Through fitness, wellbeing activities, and youth engagement, he encourages young people to discover their potential and build positive futures.

His impact stretches across Gateshead and South Tyneside, where he delivers transformative workshops on Healthy Relationships and a range of other essential life skills. Earlier this year, he also served as one of our outstanding facilitators for our popular Hair Braiding Workshops.

Justin’s journey is a powerful testimony: a young man once underestimated, now a role model and beacon of success. He leads by example, proving that greatness grows when resilience meets opportunity.
