We aim to empower women who have experienced domestic abuse, enabling them to be mentally healthy, take charge of their lives and further practical skills through workshops in a non-judgemental setting that is established where all people can thrive.

Sip 'N' Chat Talkshow

We have a Sip ‘N’ Chat Talkshow every last Saturday of the month from 4pm to 6pm. It brings women together to talk about any issues they experience in the community in confidence.

Our confidence building workshops and all other workshops are on a Wednesday. Every Wednesday, we run workshops between 10am and 2pm

Tea and coffee will be served free at all our workshops.

All workshops are free to attend but we will need our attendees to book via our website or email us and we can send them a booking form.
